Exterior or Interior Repairs?

STOP DROPS! WET TO DRY!
Waterproofing basements is an exterior and/or interior plumbing job of a different kind. For example, concrete crack repairs, sump pump problems or leaking window wells, walls or flooring all start with the same question of how to stop water from leaking into your basement. Contractors with a waterproofing company like Basement Leaks Fixed Inc. look at the basement foundation repairs in terms of one or more projects to complete separately or all at the same time. They are, apply sealants to seal basement walls and floors, and/or damp proofing the wet walls with perhaps an epoxy or polyurethane injection, and/or correcting leaking window wells or weeping tile drainage system problems, and/or outside excavation which may include a French drain system. Once completed, we have made the basement waterproofed--from wet to dry.

TESTIMONIALS
“Excellent. Recommended. As a successful real estate agent I can send Peter’s crew to my clients who are either buying a home or selling their home, and are in need of repairing any basement water leaks, window wells or any foundation problems. I don’t have to worry about looking bad because the work will be done right and inexpensively the very first time. Peter did water tests to find exactly where the leaks were. He asked my home sellers to take pictures of the work in progress whenever they wanted—to show them that his work was being done right. I have recommended Basement Leaks Fixed so many times to homebuyers and sellers and I have had no complaints whatsoever. That is good news for my clients and me.”

“No money required for outside excavation work because the work was not necessary. Other companies were ready to dig, but Peter showed that it was not required. The crew didn’t do any work that wasn’t needed. A quick and inexpensive drain inside my basement was put in and the leak was channeled away. They also loaned me their shop vacuum for a week in order to dry under my basements finished floor, which had been flooded and for which I had called them to help repair. I’d call them again for any of my friends who need their services. I would recommend Basement Leaks Fixed to anyone.”

“Call them first is what my friend told me to do. So I did. My neighbour and her real estate agent had been trying to sell her home for a whole month. I was now in the process of preparing and staging my home for sale. Her leaky basement caused many delays in finding buyers and her home was on the market until Peter fixed the problem; then buyers became more interested. My agent recommended that I call Peter to solve my wet basement issues before putting my home on the market. I did so and no delays occurred in closing that month. Thanks to Peter, his solution solved my problem.”

“A good guy. Peter does things the right way, unlike the other companies I have been in contact with throughout the years. The best was that after waterproofing my wall with my chimney brickwork, he took away the debris and garbage from where he was excavating instead of throwing it in the hole and burying it where the homeowner can’t see or know.I’m very happy with Peter’s crew and workmanship and will continue to refer him to my network of friends and contractors.”

“Recommended. Saving our plants and lawn was a bonus for us. Peter’s Basement Leaks Fixed dug around my favourite maple saplings to replant and save them and he dug up our lawn by the wall in a way that his men made roles of sod so as to not ruin my grass. When his team finished his work, my yard was left neat and clean and it was hard to tell that a big excavation had taken place there. My husband and I recommend him.”

“Less expensive than we expected was the quote from Peter. We had other quotes, yes, but they were asking too much for the same work that Basement Leaks Fixed would do for just over half the price. Peter was employed, did our French drain, inside drain and sump pump efficiently and we saved a lot of money. We would refer his company to any one needing his services.”.

“We were surprised at how fast and cheaply that two sides of our home could be dug up, have the leaks fixed and then filled back in. We called BLF on a Sunday because we were having a wedding reception on the following Sunday. Our new townhouse was leaking in the back corner somewhere and we couldn’t see because the previous owner had finished the basement and no way did we want to cut open the wall in that corner room. Peter dug from the outside and found that the foundation had been poured in two different stages and had not been sealed properly. New concrete work and his other materials saved the day. Thank you to Peter.”

“Heartfelt thanks to Basement Leaks Fixed. Just a few words thanking them for a their great help with replacing two of our window wells. Now we don’t worry about it raining and the mould we removed won’t be back for our children to breathe in when playing in the basement. One less headache to worry about.”

“The right stuff is what Peter and his guys used to fix our leaky crawlspace. After they finished cementing the leaks inside and sealing everything from the outside, I painted the wall to make it very good again. Now we can put all of our stored items back into the crawlspace without worry about water damaging some of our valuable keepsakes. We can happily refer Peter to our other family and friends in Markham, and will.” Ramesh from Markham ramesh777@rogers.com L6B1A1
“Recommending Basement Leaks Fixed is easy. When Peter asked us, we said yes. We remember him tunneling under our porch and removing all the dirt over five days. We remember the mud bath that he and two of his men had during the rains while trying to cement the cracks and put the sealants and membranes on. Our basement is now dry, dry, dry. So here are two thumbs up for Peter.”

“Great company to hire. Peter encouraged me to take pictures of his work for my insurance company. I was given an itemized bill of the excavating costs as Peter and his team dug all around my entire home. The price was right, and as an engineer I appreciate efficiency and economy. Yes to referring Peter.”
